Jennifer A. Clemens-Conlon obtained a B.A. from the University of Northern Iowa in 1989, a J.D. with distinction from the University of Iowa College of Iowa in 1992 and a Masters in Communication from the University of Dubuque in 2002. Jennifer was raised in the Dubuque community and promptly returned to the Dubuque community after completing her education. She obtained her license to practice law in 1992 and practiced with the law firm of Reynolds & Kenline, L.L.P from 1992 until 2005 as an associate and then as a partner. From 2005 to the current date she has been a partner in the law firm of Clemens, Walters, Conlon & Meyer, L.L.P.

In addition to working with United Way, Jennifer has served as a volunteer for a number of charitable organizations within our community including, but not limited to, Dubuque Jaycees, Project Concern, Dubuque Girls Club, Dubuque Girl Scouts and the Dubuque Regional Humane Society.
