Summary of Experience
Randy Mihm is a managing director with RSM McGladrey, Inc. in the Dubuque office with 24 years of public accounting experience with emphasis in corporate, partnership and individual tax matters. Randy joined the McGladrey organization in 1983 and has specialized in tax since beginning employment with McGladrey.

Randy has performed a wide range of income, estate and sales tax services for clients in the manufacturing, construction, health care industries, financial institutions and not for profit organizations. In addition, Randy is a lead tax specialist working with financial institutions. His services to closely held businesses and their owners include:

  • Long range and day to day strategic planning
  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • IRS representation
  • Sales and Use tax planning
  • Estate and Gift tax planning
  • Retirement plan development

Professional Affiliations
Randy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Iowa Society of Certified Public Accountants, Dubuque County Bar Association, Tri-State Estate Planning Council and Tri-State Gift Planning Council.

Community Involvement
Randy has served on various civic organizations such as the Dubuque United Way.

Education
Randy graduated from the University of Iowa (J.D. MBA 1983) and Loras College (BS 1979) and is a Certified Public Accountant.
